Interior Painting for Sydney Homes and Businesses

Sydney Painters, operating as Colour of Choice Painting, provides interior repainting and decorating under the direction of Project Manager Mick Celmer.

Preparation methods, dust extraction, lower-VOC options, ventilation and room access are selected for the surface, product and occupants. No sanding process is completely dust-free.

Advanced Decorating Ecosystem

HEPA Dust Extraction

Where suitable, we use compatible sanding and dust-extraction equipment to reduce airborne dust. Furniture, artwork and ventilation requirements are reviewed before preparation begins.

Low-VOC Sustainability

Lower-VOC paint options are available for many interiors. Product choice, ventilation and re-entry timing follow the manufacturer's instructions and the needs of the occupants.

High-Spec Artistry

Decorative options can include Venetian-style plaster, metallic glazes and precision wallpaper installation, subject to the agreed sample and substrate condition.

The Mick Celmer Precision Protocol

Preparation has a major influence on the final result. Under the oversight of Mick Celmer, each project follows the written scope and relevant product instructions:

1. Protective Encapsulation

Every square inch of flooring is shielded with RAM Board, and all furniture is encapsulated in high-static plastic.

2. Substrate Calibration

We use fiberglass mesh binders to treat cracks and imperfections, ensuring walls are structurally sound and visually flat.

3. Luminous Top-Coats

The number of coats and product system are specified in the quote. Durability depends on preparation, use, cleaning and ongoing maintenance.

How fast is the turnaround?

Timing depends on repairs, drying conditions, products and room access. The quote provides an estimated programme, and re-entry follows the product and ventilation guidance.

Can you provide project documents?

Ask us for the current insurance, licence and access documents required for your project before accepting the quote.

Do you handle high ceilings?

High ceilings are assessed before quoting. Suitable access equipment, operator requirements and protection measures must be included in the scope.
